This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this site and is valid for visitors/users of the site. It does not apply to information collected through channels other than this website. The purpose of the privacy information is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information that the site collects and how it uses it.

Processing methods
The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.
The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods strictly related to the purposes indicated below. In some cases, in addition to the Data Controller, other subjects involved in the organization (administrative staff, system administrators) or external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies) may have access to the Data. The updated list of this “other subjects” can always be requested to the Data Controller.

Legal basis of processing
The Data Controller processes user Personal Data when existing one of the following conditions:
• explicit consent of the data subject (for marketing and promotional activities)
• the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract with the User and/or for the execution of pre-contractual measures; • the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject;
• the processing is necessary for the execution of a task in the public interest or for the exercise of public powers on the part of the Data Controller;
• the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller or of third parties.

However, it is always possible to ask the Data Controller to clarify the concrete legal basis of each treatment and in particular to specify whether the treatment is based on the law, provided for by a contract or necessary to conclude a contract.

Processing purpose
1) Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, to manage and provide the requested service (e.g. information request by the user).

Processing place
The Data collected by the site are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller, and at the web hosting data center, within the European Union.

Retention time
The Data are processed and stored for the time they have been collected for.
At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiry of this term, the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.
For activities based on consent, storage will last until the consent is revoked or 24 month for marketing and 12 month for profiling at most.

Choices and obligations
When entering their personal data, the user accepts the processing of data as expressed in point 1 of the "Purpose" paragraph. The user can selectively disable the collection of non essential cookies (for details, see the cookie policy).

Social Network Plugin
This site also incorporates plugins and/or buttons for social networks, in order to allow easy sharing of content on your favorite social networks. To safeguard user privacy these plugins are programmed not to set any cookies when accessing the page. Eventually cookies are set, if required by the social networks, only when the user makes effective and voluntary use of the plugin. Keep in mind that if the user browses been logged in the social network, then he has already consented to the use of cookies conveyed through this site when registered to the social network.

Non-EU data transfer
The data you provide by completing the form (first point of the paragraph " Types of processed data") will be stored within the European Union.
This site may share some of the data indicated in point b] of the paragraph " Types of processed data", collected with services located outside the European Union area, for example with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) and through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized on the basis of specific decisions of the European Union and of the Data Protection Authority, in particular decision 1250/2016, for which no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

User rights
